A recycling, yard waste, and trash customer satisfaction survey is now available to residents of Peoria. The survey aims to gather feedback on the solid waste services provided by GFL, the City of Peoria's hauler. Residents who use GFL's services are encouraged to participate in the study by responding to the questionnaire.

The Department of Public Works and Bradley University, with the support of Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC, the City's solid waste consultant, are conducting this customer survey. The objective is to assess residents' satisfaction with the solid waste services provided by GFL.

To participate in the survey, residents can visit the Peoria Picks Up and the City of Peoria's websites. The survey will remain open until the end of the year. The results obtained from the customer satisfaction survey will be instrumental in improving the current and future collection contracts.

According to officials, the survey is an opportunity for residents to voice their opinions and provide feedback on the quality of waste services in the city. The input received will help identify areas for improvement and ensure that residents' needs are met effectively.

In a statement, the City of Peoria emphasized the importance of resident participation in shaping the future of waste services. They encourage all residents who use GFL's services to take part in the survey and share their experiences.

"The survey is an essential tool for us to gauge the satisfaction levels of our residents regarding the waste services provided by GFL," said a representative from the Department of Public Works. "We want to ensure that our services meet the expectations of our residents and provide them with a high-quality experience."

With the survey, the City of Peoria aims to gain valuable insights into the strengths and weaknesses of the current waste management system. By addressing any concerns highlighted by residents, the City hopes to enhance the overall satisfaction with waste services and make necessary improvements.

Residents are encouraged to take this opportunity to provide their feedback and help shape the future of waste services in Peoria. The City of Peoria and its partners are committed to utilizing the survey results to make evidence-based decisions that will benefit the community as a whole.

Participating in the survey is a simple yet impactful way for residents to contribute to the improvement of waste management services in the city. By voicing their opinions, residents can play an active role in ensuring that their needs are met and that Peoria remains a clean and sustainable community.

So, if you are a City of Peoria resident who uses GFL's services, don't miss the chance to have your say in the future of waste services. Visit the Peoria Picks Up or the City of Peoria's websites and participate in the customer satisfaction survey before the end of the year. Your feedback matters and can make a difference.
