A recycling, yard waste, and trash customer satisfaction survey for the City of Peoria’s hauler, GFL, is currently available for residents.
The survey is looking to gather residents’ satisfaction with the solid waste services provided by the City. The survey is available to all City of Peoria residents who use GFL’s services. The survey is accessible on the Peoria Picks Up and the City of Peoria’s websites.
The Department of Public Works and Bradley University, with the support of the City’s solid waste consultant Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC, are conducting the customer survey.
Residents are encouraged to participate in the study by responding to the questionnaire with feedback on current solid waste services. The results from the customer satisfaction survey will be used to improve current and future collection contracts.
The survey will remain open through the end of the year.
