Notice of a Public Hearing on the City of Waukegan Budget and Appropriations Ordinance for the Fiscal Year Beginning May 1, 2024 and Ending April 30, 2025 is hereby given to all interested parties and will be held at the date, time, and location listed below:

A copy of the tentative Budget and Appropriations Ordinance will be available for public inspection on the City’s website and in the Office of the City Clerk as of March 15, 2024.
Citizens or members of the public may attend the hearing and provide oral and written comments and ask questions concerning the entire appropriation. A copy is available for examination and for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, 100 N Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, Waukegan, IL 60085 during normal business hours (8:00am – 5:00pm), Monday-Friday,
