City of El Paso Finance Committee met April 1.
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
The Finance Committee Meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm by Chairman Will Moore.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Roll call was taken with Committee Members Mary Ellen Kilpatrick, Alex Brucker and Will Moore present.
Others present were: Director of Public Service, Barry Kauther; City Clerk, David Fever;
Administrative Assistant, Sandee Kessinger; Council Member, Thad Mool and Mayor JW Price arrived towards the end of the meeting.
Kilpatrick made a motion to accept the agenda and Brucker seconded the motion. A voice vote was taken of all ayes.
Fever presented the proposed budget in written form and proceeded with much explanation and questions from the committee members.
Kilpatrick made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Brucker seconded it. The meeting was adjourned at 6:45 pm.
