Sidewalk work at various intersections along SW Adams Street and pavement work near N William Kumpf Boulevard are ongoing as part of the Adams Street and Jefferson Avenue One-Way to Two-Way (OWTW) Conversion Project.

According to project updates, the sidewalk work at the Main Street intersection is close to completion, with an anticipated reopening to pedestrian access in the near future. However, sidewalks near specific addresses along SW Adams Street and NE Adams Street remain closed, requiring pedestrians to exercise caution and use alternate routes.

Drivers are advised to be cautious of lane restrictions in the vicinity of N William Kumpf Boulevard as median and pavement work progresses. Parking restrictions are also in place along SW Adams Street, with clear markings indicating available on-street parking spaces.

As the OWTW Project advances, additional parking, lane, and sidewalk restrictions are expected to be implemented, requiring continued vigilance from both pedestrians and drivers. The project's development will bring changes to traffic flow in the area, necessitating heightened awareness and compliance with posted regulations.

Throughout the construction zones, individuals are reminded to prioritize safety, be aware of workers in the vicinity, and adhere to designated no parking areas. Extra care and attention are encouraged to ensure the well-being of all road users during the construction period.
