Hold a Public Hearing and forward a recommendation to City Council on the request of Danielle Hammond to obtain a Special Use in a Class R-4 (Single Family Residential) District for a Short Term Rental, for the property located at 308 E Odell Place (Parcel Identification No. 14-28- 456-006), Peoria IL (Council District 3) 

2. CASE NO. SUBD 1801-2024 

Hold a Public Hearing and forward a recommendation to City Council on the request of Brandon Dean of Dean Custom Builders and Copper Creek Holdings, LLC, to approve a Preliminary Plat with waivers of Grey Oak Subdivision, in a Class R-3 (Single Family Residential) District, generally located west of Knoxville Avenue, east of Allen Road, north of Hickory Grove Road, and south of Cedar Hills Drive. The property is identified as Parcel Identification Nos. 09-19-400-005 and 09-20-151- 003. The petitioner is proposing 115 single family residential lots on 86.81 acres (Council District 5)

Hold a Public Hearing and forward a recommendation to City Council on the request of Steve Vogel of Steve Vogel Law Office and John Dundas of Dundas Law Office LLC, on behalf of Fahd Sanany of Sanany Properties LLC to rezone property from a Class R-6 (Multi-Family Residential) District to a Class C-1 (General Commercial) District for the property located at 2900 W Lake Ave (Parcel Identification No. 14-30- 101-006), Peoria IL (Council District 4)
