CALL TO ORDER
The City Council meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M by Mayor Hamm.
ROLL CALL
Aldermen present for Roll Call: Alderman Babb, Amundson, Neuhaus, Neumann, Joos and Greiner.
Also present were Clerk Steele, Attorney Herman, Treasurer Worent, Police Chief Merritt, Street/Water Superintendent Smith, Deputy Clerk Fogle, Fire Chief Hermacinski, and Building Inspector Dearborn

Awarded both trucks to highest bidders, Truck 318 was declined and went to the next highest bidder

Self Insurance statutes to stay as reimbursement or move to contribution. Advice to stay at reimbursement
Building Inspector/ Code Enforce
Jason Mangold- 307 Rogers has 3 lots located on property. Would like to add a fence and a pool to the empty lots. The first Variance Hearing came to no conclusion but he is going to pull more detailed information together and amend for a new variance hearing.

Brittney Ricaldone- 802 Lasalle Blvd worried of the state of the parks with the weeds/tree trimming that needs done.

Water and Sewer – Alderman Neumann

Fire – Alderman Amundson
313 scheduled for maintenance Saturday
Saturday clean up at Independence park, will be cleaning the playground area and putting new mulch in
Streets – Alderman Joos
• Patching started
• ICCI looking at collapse storm drain on Lincoln
• Insurance and bids out for entrance sign for city
o Looking at CC sign and possible inquire about it
• Lights at Independence park need changed
• More tree trimming to happen
• Bridge work began today with stop lights setup
Public Buildings / Parks – Alderman Greiner
• Rec association
o A/C working great
o Trimmed diamond 5 trees
• Bathrooms look great with who has been cleaning
Law Enforcement – Alderman Amundson
• Doors and Gutters up
• Electrician coming to look at possible power inside police garage
Planning – Alderman Babb
• ARPA expenditures
o Remove mower
• Need updated quote on the water fountain for city office
o List of things needing finished in city office bathrooms
• Cupis talking to possibly move next to roofing company on Wesley rd

Alderman Neumann made a motion, seconded by Alderman Amundson Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Alderman Amundson, Neuhaus, Neumann, Greiner, Joos and Babb. Nays - None. Motion passed.

Council exited regular session and entered executive at 7:39 pm

Alderman Amundson made a motion, seconded by Alderman Greiner to adjourn the regular City Council Meeting at 8:30p.m. Roll Call Vote: All Ayes. Motion passed.
