A. Review of Ordinance #1077. A zoning request by Scott Mool for the Community Well at 550 W. Clay Street. The application is requesting that 550 W. Clay be rezoned to RC (Residential Multi Family) from A-2 (Residential Single Family – Older Development). The request was approved by City Council on March 4th, 2024.

B. Discussion and possible approval to spend $132,000.00 from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to add 68 new cement parking spaces. The spaces would be added to the newer parking lot on the west side of the recreation building.
