A. Area variance request and possible recommendation for Jeff and Myra Turner who are requesting for 164 E. 6th Street. The application is requesting that 4-foot variance on the north side of their principal building (resident) to build a porch. Under Residential A-1 District 315-31 yards for principle building the distance required is 30 feet to the nearest right-away, or 63 feet from the center of the road. The variance request of four feet would reduce the distance to 59 feet from the center of the road.

B. Special use permit request and possible recommendation for R & S #7 LLC. The request is made by Clinton Barker who is requesting for 139 Linco Drive in The City of El Paso, Illinois. The request is to receive a special use permit to allow a recreation vehicle park (RV Park).
The request for variance is for property at 139 Linco Drive, El Paso, IL 61738. Legal Description: T26N-R2E-S07 LENX SUBD LOT 1, Tax Pin #16-07-102-001, and Tax Pin #16-07-100-044 (no address/storage facility) in the City of El Paso, Woodford County, Illinois 61738.
C. Special use permit request and possible recommendation for El Paso Gridley CUSD 11. The request is made by Alex Betts representing EPG Music Boosters who is requesting for 97 W. 5th Street in The City of El Paso, Illinois. The request is to receive a special use permit to allow a shipping container to be used for permanent storage. Under ordinance 315-13.1 Prohibited Building, section B - the container or unit is a component of an approved special use otherwise it is prohibited.
