Walk ALS Peoria scheduled for September 7 in downtown

Beginning at 10 a.m. and lasting until 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 7, the 2024 Walk ALS Peoria will take place throughout Downtown. The event is sponsored by ALS United Greater Chicago.

No streets will be closed during the walk. Participants will utilize sidewalks, crosswalks, and the Riverfront Trail. The walk begins and ends at Dozer Park, located at 730 SW Jefferson Ave.

Drivers are advised to be mindful of the walkers and exercise caution when entering the Downtown area.
