Water Street to close for Go Day event on September 15

Beginning at 7 a.m. and lasting until 11 p.m. on Sunday, September 15, S.W. Water Street between Liberty Street and the Peoria Riverfront Museum Parking Deck entrance will be closed. The closure is necessary for Go Day 2024 sponsored by Choose Greater Peoria.

Drivers should be mindful of the closure. Through traffic should use S.W. Washington Street as a detour.

Parking Restrictions

• On-street parking restrictions will be in effect on S.W. Water Street between Liberty Street and the Peoria Riverfront Museum Parking Deck entrance.
