B. Consideration and possible approval to waive a bidding process to install a cement ramp at 53 W Front Street (N. Elm Street).

C. Consideration and possible approval to waive a bidding process to install a cement parking lot at 125 W. Front Street.

D. Discussion and possible approval for Zoning Board (August 29th, 2024) recommendation to repeal a current preliminary and primary plate. Ryan Unzicker who is requesting approval for property located at southwest corner of Main Street (Route 24) and South Oak Street (County Road 2800 East). No addresses have been assigned, but legal descriptions will be provided below. The applicant is requesting that the existing preliminary (04/2004) and primary plan/plate (08/2004) first phase for the Planned Unit Development to the Fresh Air Senior Complex that was accepted by the City of El Paso be repealed.

E. Discussion and possible conditional approval for a new preliminary plate. The Zoning Board on August 29th, 2024, approved conditional approval for Ryan Unzicker who is requesting for property located at southwest corner of Main Street (Route 24) and South Oak Street (County Road 2800 East). No addresses have been assigned, but legal descriptions will be provided below. The applicant is requesting that a new preliminary plan be given conditional approval for the property. Under Chapter 260 Subdivision of Land, section 260-16 requires conditional approval from the City Council.

The request for both actions (D & E) are for property located at the southwest corner of Main Street (Route 24) and South Oak Street (County Road 2800 East). No addresses have been assigned, the land is located in the City of El Paso, Woodford County, State of Illinois 61738.
