The intersection of N Sand Street and W Adrian G. Hinton Avenue will be closed to all traffic starting at 7 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 30. This closure is part of the Combined Sewer Overflow Year 3 Control Project and is expected to continue through November, depending on weather conditions.
