Village of Swansea Park Board met December 7.

1) Pledge of allegiance

2) Approval of past minutes- November 9, 2024* (5 min)

3) Any urgent park updates (5 min)

4) Art therapy park programming proposal (5 min)

5) Santa House (40 min)

       - Review Santa & volunteer schedule

       - Make a plan for additional volunteers (if needed)

       - 2 roles needed:

             - Someone to remind Santas and volunteers of shifts

             - Point of contact if someone can’t make a shift

       - Final logistics

             - Cameras and printers

             - Picture printing supplies

             - Square for credit cards

             - Cash for change

             - WiFi

             - Ornaments

             - Children’s gifts

             - Santa suits, gloves, boots, wigs, and beards

             - Refreshments

             - Speakers for audio

             - Check-in procedures (counting people, selling pictures and refreshments)

             - Closing procedures at the end of each night

             - Keys to lock up

       - Tear down schedule
