A. Consideration and possible approval of Resolution 2025-1. A resolution authorizing the filing of an application for a community project funding (CPF) from Congressman Darin LaHood for the 16th District of Illinois (IL-16) through U.S. House of Representatives Appropriation Committee.

B. Consideration and possible approval for ordinance #1082 for the recommendation of the Zoning Board to approve a rezoning request for Zachary Anderson at 170 E. Clay Street. Anderson is requesting Lot 1,2,3,4 be rezoned to RC (Residential -Multi - Family) from A-2 (Residential – Single Family – Older Development). The ordinance is for property at 170 E. Clay Street, El Paso, IL 61738. Legal Description: T26N-R2E-S08 LOTS 1,2,3,4 BLK 19 Bestor & Bays Addn in the City of El Paso, Woodford County, Illinois 61738, Tax Parcel ID 16-08- 202-003.

C. Consideration and possible approval for the recommendation of the Zoning Board for the area variance request for Ty and Hayley Nowak who are requesting for 11 East 1st Street, El Paso, IL 61738. The Nowak’s request an area variance that would allow 40.91 percent lot coverage. Under Residential A-2 District, chapter 315-44 Building Coverage – No building, with its accessory building, shall occupy in excess of 35% of the lot area. The request is for an extra 5.91 % coverage. The request is for 11 East First Street, City of El Paso, Woodford County, State of Illinois, 61738. Legal Description: T26N-R2E-S05 LOT 14 BLK 35 ORIGINAL TOWN. Tax Parcel ID 16-05-404-042

D. Consideration and possible approval for ordinance #1083 for the recommendation of the Zoning Board to approve rezoning request for DGOGE1pasoIL12132023 LLC at 660 W. Main Street (RT-24). Representative Rodney Parrot is requesting that 660 W. Main Street (Dollar General Retail Store) be rezoned to C-2 (Commercial – General Business District) from I (Industrial). The ordinance is at 660 W. Main Street, El Paso, Woodford County, State of Illinois, 61738. Legal Description: T26N-R2E-S07 LOT 1-H. Tax Parcel ID: 16-07-201-021.

E. Consideration and possible approval for ordinance #1084. An ordinance for the vacation of a portion of an alley. The alley is 16 feet wide and 184 feet long and is located on the east lot line of 677 E. Front Street (Parcel Number 16-05-411-020).
