Nikki Kubiak, an educator at Central Elementary/Junior High in Kewanee, has been nominated as a Woman Educator for her impactful role in students' lives. Her nominator praised her for being a positive influence and providing support beyond academics.

"My daughter has such a great role model. A person to listen to her and help her grow as a person, and is helping her overcome her anxiety," the nominator said. "Mrs Kubiak has gone above and beyond as a volleyball coach and has become someone my daughter trusts and can talk to. I can’t thank her enough. The world is a better place because she is in it."

Kubiak's dedication to her students exemplifies the qualities recognized in the Women Educator nominations.
