4. Approval of minutes of the Committee Meetings held within the prior 30 days. (1st monthly meeting)
5. Treasurer’s Report (2nd monthly meeting).
6. Public Comments on any action to be taken on Agenda items.
7. Approval of semi-monthly bills.
8. Executive session pursuant to 5 ILCS 20/2(c)(1) to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of an employee of the City.
9. Consideration of annual increase for employees.
