Rolling lane restrictions will be in place on several Downtown streets from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, due to the Eucharistic Procession. The event is sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Peoria.
Drivers are advised to exercise caution and patience along the procession route and consider using alternative routes during this time.
The procession will begin at Sacred Heart Church located at 504 Fulton Street. Participants will walk northeast along N.E. Madison Avenue and conclude at the Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception, situated at 607 N.E. Madison Avenue.
