CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS BY OMNIBUS VOTE, WITH RECOMMENDATIONS AS OUTLINED

All matters listed on the Consent Agenda are considered routine and non-controversial and will be enacted by one motion and one roll call vote; there will not be a separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired by a Citizen or Members of the City Council/Town Board, the item will be removed and discussed immediately after approval of the Consent Agenda. 25-128 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works with a Request to Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Cloudpoint Geospatial, Inc., in an Amount Not to Exceed $57,600.00.

25-129 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works with a Request for the following:

A. Adopt an Ordinance Authorizing the Amendments to the Intergovernmental Agreement for Participation in the Illinois Public Works Mutual Aid Network (IPWMAN); and,

B. Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement with Illinois Public Works Mutual Aid Network (IPWMAN) Providing for Membership.

25-130 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works with a Request for the Following:

A. Approve a Highway Authority Agreement Between the City of Peoria and VRG Properties Company (Owner) for the Property Known as 3907 North Sheridan Road, Peoria, IL; and,

B. Adopt an Ordinance Pertaining to Schedule A of Chapter 31 of the Code of the City of Peoria Prohibiting the Use of Groundwater as a Potable Water Supply by the Installation or Use of Potable Water Supply Wells or by Any Other Method.

25-131 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Community Development with a Request for the Following:
