On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Pekin Community High School standout Gavin Thompson’s current college team, the Bradley Braves, lost 11-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Alabama Crimson Tide.

The game took place at Sewell-Thomas Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Crimson Tide this season.

The Braves’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 3 p.m. at USA Baseball Stadium against Siena Saints.
