City of Eureka City Council met July 7.

Here is the agenda provided by the council:

1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance.

2. Roll Call.

3. Approval of Minutes from June 16, 2025 Council Meeting.

4. Approval of minutes of the Committee Meetings held within the prior 30 days. (1st monthly meeting)

5. Treasurer’s Report (2nd monthly meeting).

6. Public Comments on any action to be taken on Agenda items.

7. Approval of semi-monthly.

8. Consideration of recommendation from Planning Commission to approve Ordinance 25-05, an ordinance amending municipal code to update deck inspections and commercial inspection requirements.

9. Consideration of recommendation from Planning Commission to approve Ordinance 25-06, an ordinance to amend the zoning map of Eureka, changing zoning for 601 S. Henry Street from R-1, single-family to R-2, multi-family.

10. Consideration of approving a recommendation from Enterprise Committee for the purchase of one or two mixers for the water towers.

11. Consideration of approving a recommendation from Enterprise Committee to approve a vendor choice for lime removal at the water plant.
