Beginning at 7 am on Monday, July 14, traffic patterns on W Moss Avenue between N Institute Place and N Western Avenue will change. Westbound traffic will shift to the new pavement to allow construction on the north side of W Moss Avenue from N Institute Place to N Western Avenue. The avenue will remain one-way for westbound traffic.
Drivers are advised to use all marked detour routes and exercise caution in the area. Alternative routes are recommended due to the closure.
For eastbound and westbound through traffic on W Moss Avenue, drivers should use W Martin Luther King Jr. Drive or W Bradley Avenue from N Western Avenue or N University Street. Northbound traffic on N MacArthur Highway should utilize N Richard Allen Drive to W Romeo B Garrett Avenue to access westbound W Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
