CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS BY OMNIBUS VOTE, WITH RECOMMENDATIONS AS OUTLINED

All matters listed on the Consent Agenda are considered routine and non-controversial and will be enacted by one motion and one roll call vote; there will not be a separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired by a Citizen or Members of the City Council/Town Board, the item will be removed and discussed immediately after approval of the Consent Agenda. 25-201 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works with a Request to Approve the Low Bid of The Pipco Companies, LTD, in the Amount of $557,400.00, and Award a Contract for the 2025 Storm Sewer Repairs, with an Additional Authorization of $55,740.00 (10%) for Contingencies, for a Total Contract Award of $613,140.00. Adopt an Ordinance Amending the City of Peoria 2025 Revised Budget Relating to the General Fund for the Purpose of Recognizing the Receipt of Grant Funding from the Secretary of State, providing the Greater Peoria Auto Crimes Taskforce (GPACT), in the Amount of $1,360,600.00. (Requires 2/3 Vote of Council Members Voting - No Less Than 6 Votes)

25-213 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Community Development with a Request for the Following:

A. Approve an Incumbency Certificate and Resolution Accepting a Grant from the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) for the Home Repair and Accessibility Program Round 2 (HRAP 2), in the Amount of $500,000.00; and,

B. Adopt an Ordinance Amending the City of Peoria 2025 Revised Budget Relating to the General Fund to Recognize the Receipt of a Grant from the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) for the Home Repair and Accessibility Program Round 2 (HRAP 2) and the Corresponding Expenditures, in the Amount of $500,000.00.
