7. Approval of semi-monthly.
8. Executive session pursuant to 5 ILCS 20/2(c)(1) to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of an employee of the City
9. Executive Session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/29(c)(11) discussion of possible or imminent litigation.
10. Consideration from Eureka Administration Committee of amending a separation agreement.
