There were 51 Hispanic students enrolled in Fulton County school districts in the 2023-24 school year, 1.9% more than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education.

Data showed that Hispanic students made up 1.3% of the 3,890 students in the county. They were the third most represented ethnicity.

Among the six districts in Fulton County, Canton Union School District 66 recorded the highest enrollment of Hispanic students in the 2023-24 school year, with a total of 40 students.
