A. Consideration and possible approval of a recommendation of the Zoning Board from October 16th , 2025, for a special use permit request for Cody & Gabriella Persic who are requesting a dog kennel for the property located at 47 E. 2nd Street in The City of El Paso, County of Woodford, Illinois. The request is to receive a special use permit to have dog kennel. A dog kennel shall be defined as four or more dogs over the age of four months housed in one location. The requesters would like to have a fourth dog.
