The Decatur Memorial Hospital Auxiliary is organizing a Holiday Market on Friday, November 7, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. The event will take place at the DMH Gift Shop, Barnes Lobby, and Coffee Connection within the hospital.
Paul Lidy, director for the Decatur Memorial Hospital Foundation, commented on the event: “This market tradition is a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season. Bring your friends and family for a fun evening with lots of great deals and festivities.”
Attendees can expect a range of offerings at the market. There will be a 20% discount on all gift shop merchandise. Coffee Connection will provide holiday drink samples and specials. Free soup samples will be available, with mixes offered for purchase. Holiday music will be performed by local musicians and groups.
Door prizes are also part of this year’s event. The first 50 guests who make a purchase will receive a free holiday gift. Attendees can enter to win several prizes, including a VIP Cart Experience at Trees on the Tee—which features a seven-passenger cart with driver, music, drinks, and warm donuts—four tickets to any show at Devon Amphitheater, and a $150 Svendsen Winter Floral gift certificate.
