Colleagues describe Clements as flexible and kind, highlighting her ability to handle busy periods in the hospital's coffee shop. One nomination stated that she manages morning rushes, sometimes alone, while consistently greeting and assisting customers respectfully.
Another nominator wrote, “Abbie is dedicated to giving 100% to her job. She is always honest if she makes a mistake, and she puts her best foot forward in all interactions with colleagues, patients and visitors.”
