UMSL’s Addison Swadinsky to play in NCAA Division II basketball tournament

Addison Swadinsky, a former standout at Deer Creek-Mackinaw High School and now a guard for the UMSL Tritons, has earned a spot in the Division II NCAA Basketball Tournament.

The Tritons have been seeded No. 7 and are set to open the tournament against the No. 2 seed Ferris State Bulldogs.

Their first-round matchup is scheduled for Friday, March 13, at 2:30 p.m. at GVSU Fieldhouse.
