After calling the meeting to order, the Pledge of Allegiance was recited, and the roll was called. The following members were recorded as present: Wiseman, Mullens, Cooper, Wight, Eichhorn, Lannert – 6.

CONSENT AGENDA

A. Approval of Regular Session Minutes – May 27, 2025

Trustee Wight moved to approve the Consent Agenda with the removal of bills. The motion was seconded by Trustee Eichhorn and approved with the following roll call vote:

Yes: Wiseman, Mullens, Cooper, Wight, Eichhorn, Lannert – 6.

No: None – 0

Absent: None – 0

Abstain: None – 0

PUBLIC COMMENTS

Terry Elston inquired about how much the Village has currently spent on the disc golf property.

A resident inquired about the possibly of purchasing a property and inquired about having the Village pay for the property to be surveyed. The survey cost is an estimated $3,000-$5,000.

A. Trustee Lannert moved to approve the tar and chip expense up to $40,000. The motion was seconded by Trustee Wight and approved with the following roll call vote:

Yes: Wiseman, Mullens, Cooper, Wight, Eichhorn, Lannert – 6.

B. Trustee Wight moved to approve additional lumber for the meeting table. The motion was seconded by Trustee Eichhorn and approved with the following roll call vote:

Yes: Wiseman, Mullens, Cooper, Wight, Eichhorn – 5.

No: Lannert – 1

Absent: None – 0

Abstain: None – 0

C. Trustee Lannert moved to approve the rental trailer for moving the meeting table. The motion was seconded by Trustee Wight and approved with the following roll call vote:

Yes: Wiseman, Mullens, Cooper, Wight, Eichhorn, Lannert – 6.

No: None – 0

Absent: None – 0

Abstain: None – 0

D. Mayor Pesch reviewed information from Peoria County Sheriff Watkins. There was Board discussion. Trustee Lannert moved to remove the Village Hall Parking Signs. The motion was seconded by Brian Mullens. Motion failed with the following roll call vote:

Yes: Wiseman, Mullens, Lannert – 3.

No: Cooper, Wight, Eichhorn, Pesch – 4

Absent: None – 0

Abstain: None – 0

E. Trustee Wight moved to approve the bills. The motion was seconded by Trustee Eichhorn and approved with the following roll call vote:

Yes: Wiseman, Mullens, Cooper, Wight, Eichhorn, Lannert – 6.

No: None – 0

A. Discussion of auditor suggested policies for purchasing, credit card, and spending limits – There was Board discussion regarding the policies needed from the audit.

ADJOURNMENT

Trustee Lannert moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Trustee Wight and approved by a voice vote of all present Trustees.
