The Brimfield Community Unit School District 309 Board of Education Buildings and Grounds Committee met Sept. 1.
Here are the meeting minutes as provided by District 309:
The Buildings and Grounds Committee of the Brimfield Board of Education met on Thursday, Sept. 1, 2016 in the superintendent’s office. At 4:45 p.m. the meeting was called to order with the following present: Heinz, Bauer, Harmon and Mr. Richardson.
The committee toured the grade school to discuss door repairs, specifically on the west side of the building. It was discussed if the doors need to be there or if they can be removed. Mr. Richardson will check on this.
The committee asked that both Mr. Richardson and Mrs. Blane make a list of maintenance needs and prioritize them.
At 6:28 the meeting adjourned.
