OPEN SESSION MINUTES
Board President Dawn Bozeman brought the meeting to order at 6:00 pm and asked that the roll be called.
Those present for the Board of Education were C. Bluth, D. Bozeman, K. Disharoon, T. Holshouser, B. Rhee, P.
Park, and B. Zowin. Present for the administration were Dr. Parker, Mrs. Beverlin, Mrs. Bond, Mrs. Bowman,
Mr. Chatterton, Mr. Holmes and Mr. Grimm.
Following roll call, Mrs. Bozeman asked that those present stand and recite the Pledge of Allegiance.
Mrs. Bozeman stated that the Board would open the floor to public participation and asked if anyone would
like to address the Board. No one addressed the Board.
Mrs. Bozeman stated that the Board would move on to the Information/Discussion items.
A. Mrs. Bowman presented information and answered questions regarding Middle School Explore
Program.
B. Dr. Parker, Mrs. Beverlin, Mrs. Bond and Mrs. Bowman presented information and answered questions
regarding FY18 Staffing.
Mrs. Bozeman asked for a motion to adjourn.
C. Bluth moved to adjourn. Second by K. Disharoon. Voice Vote. Aye: 7. Nay: 0. Motion carried. Time: 8:42 pm.
