City of Peoria Tourism Reserve Fund Committee met October 13.

1. Roll Call

Present: Leonard Unes, (Voting); Patrick Urich, (Voting); Dan Kouri, (Voting); Don Welch, (Voting) - 4

Absent: Ryan Spain, City of Peoria; Casey Johnson, City of Peoria; Bill Spears, CVB - 3

Others Present: Shaun Schoonover, City of Peoria

2. Approval of the Minutes

•A motion was made by Dan Kouri and seconded by Patrick Urich to approve the July 14, 2017 minutes. Approved by roll call vote.

oYeas: Welch, Kouri, Unes, Urich - 4;

oNays: None.

3. Financial Report

•Shaun Schoonover reviewed and provided current financials. Patrick Urich moved to approve the financials and Dan Kouri seconded.

Approved by roll call vote.

oNays: None.

4. Items for Approval

4a. Grant Application for Print Marketing Plan for Peoria 2018 (Peoria Marketing Fund) Amount Requested: S51,075

Dan Kouri motioned to approve, Patrick Urich seconded.

Approved by roll call vote.

4b. Grant Application for the Basketball Tournament Regional Tournament and Super Sixteen (10% Fund) S13,500
