Brimfield Community Unified School District 309 Board of Education Policy Committee met March 21.

The policy committee of Brimfield CUSD #309 met @ 6:00 pm on March 21, 2018. The
Committee discussed the current policy manual and methods to best update policy manuals to
all board members and administration. Indexes for each section will be updated with dates of
individual policies listed. The Policy Committee will review their manuals utilizing the updated
indexes and mark duplicate as well as policies in need of updating. The committee advised Mr.
Richardson to contact Counsel for clarity on the procedures of adopting PRESS PLUS as the
policy manual for the District. The meeting adjourned at 6:52 pm
