A. Consideration and Approval of the Zoning Board recommendation to approve a proposed division of the present Ivy Shop building and the Railroad Depot building in order to allow William Prochnow to sell the Depot building. The present side yards will be nearly eliminated in order to divide the two buildings. Also included will be the consideration and approval of an ordinance authorizing the reduced setbacks. The property is located at 17 East Main Street.

B. Consideration and Approval of the Recommendations from the Water Sewer Committee Meeting as detailed in the meeting notes from April 20th, 2018

C. Consideration and Approval of the Annual Financial Report for year ended April 30th, 2017.

D. Consideration and Approval of proposed Fiscal year 2018/ 2019 City El Paso annual budget.
