3. Call for Additions/Deletions To and Approval of the Agenda
Member Taylor moved to approve the Agenda as presented with a second from Member Deushane. No discussion was made. The Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – March 13, 2018
Member Deushane moved to approve the Minutes as presented with a second from Member Taylor. No discussion was made. The Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
5. Announcements, Communications and Correspondence
Bucher discussed a meeting on Monday April 17th at 1:00 pm regarding pre-job roof with Bill Smick, Laverdiere Construction and Phillips and Assoc.

7. Claims
a. Property
Member Taylor moved to approve the Claims with a second from Member Deushane. No discussion was made. The Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

a. Discussion/Action: 2nd & 3rd Floor Storage & Weight Issues
Discussion on possibly moving to ground floor.
b. Discussion/Action: Stairway from 2nd to 3rd Floor Central Hallway
Member Clark had discussion with Rick Whitney at staircase; thought having a middle rail but would probably not be sturdy. Will have Phillips and Assoc look at this issue and inform us to solution.
Member Taylor made the Motion to have Phillips and Assoc look at middle rail with a second from Member Blodgett. No discussion was made. The Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
c. Discussion/Action: UPS Dropbox
UPS discussed with Bill Smick installing drop box south of courthouse.
Member Taylor made the Motion to have UPS install Dropbox with a second from Member Deushane. No discussion was made. The Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
