Cost of college was unchanged for all students at Midstate College

Tuition and fees was unchanged for 2017-18 at Midstate College, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

Illinois students paid $16,230 to attend the four-year private for-profit institution in both the 2016-17 and 2017-18 academic years.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 6 students received grants or scholarships totaling $41,786 and 6 students took out student loans totaling more than $43,147.

Including all undergraduates, 325 students used grants or scholarships totaling $1.89 million. Another 361 took out $3.95 million in federal student loans.
