City of Delavan issued the following announcement on June 20.
Pekin Park Concert Band will be holding band concerts in the Delavan Veterans' Memorial Park this summer. The dates for the concerts will be June 26, July 10, July 24, and August 7. The concerts will begin at 7:00 p.m. and is free to the public. Attendees should bring lawn chairs. Rain or inclement weather location is the Delavan United Methodist Church at 417 Locust Street.
The Delavan City Council will be serving hotdogs, popcorn, and lemonade at the July 10th concert. Come early and enjoy a treat sponsored by the Delavan City Council.
