City of Chillicothe Plan Commission met Sept. 4.
Here is the minutes provided by the Commission:
1. Call to order: 7:00 by Chairman Parkins
2. Members present:

3. Approval of August 7, 2018 minutes:
Motion to approve: Shaun Grant, second: Andy Ruhland
Motion Carried
4. Landscape ordinance update: Chairman Parkins informed members that the mayor is would like to see this ordinance move forward. Chairman Parkins stated that he suggest the commission’s recommend changing the wording in item 2 from “Plan Commission” to “City Council”. A short discussion followed with the motion to approve sending revisions to the City Council. Motion to approve: Roger John, second Mike Smith Motion carried with Jeff Anderson voting “Present”
5. Next Meeting date and time: October 2, 2018. There will be two public hearings at this meeting.
6. Adjournment: Motion to adjourn, Roger John, second, Maria Geiger. Motion carried.
