City of Delavan issued the following announcement on Sept. 21.
Effective january 16, 2018, the mayor and city council have waived all zoning, electrical, water connection and sewer connection permit fees for the next three years. Permits for all must still be obtained and inspections will be performed, just the fees are being waived. No work should be started until an appropriate permit has been issued. Questions can be directed to city hall at 244-7146.
