City of Elmwood issued the following announcement on Oct. 16.
The city's parking lot on Lilac and Evergreen Streets will be closed Tuesday 10/16 and Wednesday 10/17 for resurfacing. We are sorry for the inconvenience while we perform this necessary maintenance.
