City of Elmwood issued the following announcement on Oct. 31.
Starting Monday November 5th, the City of Elmwood will begin leaf pick up. Please make tall narrow piles of leaves free of gravel and sticks. The city will pick up the leaves as time allows and you do not need to call City Hall for a pick up.
