City of East Peoria issued the following announcement on Oct. 30.
Don't forget to fall back on Sunday! Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 4. Remember to change your smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector batteries when you change your clocks.
