State Senate race: Republican Curran wins voter tally in Lemont Township

John Curran led Democrat Bridget M. Fitzgerald in votes cast in Lemont Township for the District 41 state Senate race, according to the latest vote count.

Curran appeared to outpace Fitzgerald by a margin of 18.8 percent on Tuesday in the township.
