Q4 real estate sales report: Farmington

Median prices declined in Farmington over last year, and are down 39.3 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 15 homes sold in Farmington for a median price of $69,900. That's 27.1 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.

In the fourth quarter, there were no foreclosures in Farmington.
