Democratic Ron Hain's election campaign committee, Hain for Kane Sheriff, spent $2,937 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Hain's committee spent the most on campaign staff in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,000) going to Jeff Ward in Geneva. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Hain's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
