Non partisan Zach Oyler's election campaign committee, Citizens for Zach Oyler, spent $6,899 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Oyler's committee spent the most on campaign work in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,650) going to Dan Pelphrey in Peoria. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Oyler's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
