Farmington home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Farmington rose by $24,475 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,950 - a 35.2% increase over the $69,475 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Farmington in the fourth quarter of 2016.
