Mackinaw home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Mackinaw fell by $33,175 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,825 - a 22.3% decrease over the $149,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Mackinaw in the first quarter of 2016.
