Hopedale home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Hopedale fell by $29,000 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 21.6% decrease over the $134,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Hopedale in the second quarter of 2016.
